apart from all the picture i snap.. i really really admire and loves ths one.. so peacefull and beautifull.

see, tats wat am talking about the scenery is breath taking. rasa macam nak climb lagi tapi....bila fikir balik masa nak turun tu ..aduh tu la yang bikin i fobia nak panjat lagi :P
we reach at the last checkpoint (sayat sayat checkpoint) before reaching the low peak.
before reaching sayat sayat checkpoint, kena la panjat robe ni 1st. bila tengok ja tali2 buat i gabah rasa memang tak nak naik pasal curam sangat .. ni i punya conversation with guide
Guide: zarina, cepat nanti tak sempat sampai the summit.
me : i tak mau naik, nanti dah naik macam mana nak turun ??
(masa ni dah nak nangis dah ni)
aishah: common na, u can make ,,jus pull the robe sure u can.
me : u naik la i tunggu kat cni ja, kalau i tarik tali tu lepas tu i tergelincir kat bawa how? i tak
nak.
Guide : Tak bole, kalau seorg tak naik dua dua pun tak boleh naik. means dua dua pun kena
turun pegi laban rata.
me : ok la ok la..i naik ( masa ni da nangis da hahaha pity me)
Guide : takpe just grab and hold my hand..anggap ja u sekarang ni tengah jalan jalan kat
shopping mall. tengah nak pilih new pair of stileto.
me : arrrghhh jgn la suruh i imagine tengah shoping while now i tengah pull d robe ni!!!
hahah well at last i manage juga sampai at the low peak while aishah sampai Sayat Sayat check point je. proud of myself and i love myself too..
bila sampai laban rata terus makan pasal dah tersangat lapar but too bad i kena gastric and to make it worst come with diarrhea sumore.. pity me.ingatkan mlm tu bole tidur awal huhuhu manatau asyik asyik gi toilet dahla air tu sejuk gila. at last i manage to sleep around 1130pm which i have to wake 2am next morning to climb up to the summit. oh ya we stay at Gunting Lagadan hut.
ni la Laban Rata. By the way the last 2 km (2600 ft), from the Laban Rata Resthouse at 3,270 m to Low's Peak (summit) at 4,095.2 m, takes between 2 and 4 hours but we bertolak subuh tu around 2.30am and reach low peak around 630am (hmm 4 hours ok la tu)
paling best kalau dah nak sampai kat Laban rata, fuyooh the scenery is breath taking..so so beautiful..syukur alhamdulillah dapat juga menikmati keindahan alam.
kasian puma shoe i ni, tapi banyak berjasa ni sampai jugak kat puncak berkat kasut ni..
rasanya dah dekat2 nak sampai laban rata ni..mengikut pengalaman orang lain daripada Timpohon gate nak samapi laban rata only take about 4-6 hours. rasanya 6 hours tu paling lambat dah tu but us 7 hours??? wahh ni baru la org cakap menikmati keindahan ciptaan Allah SWT.
posing je lagipun bukan selalu dpt pose kat gunung ni. rasanya sekali seumur hidup ja ni.
nampak macam tak tinggi cuba gi panjat baru tau tinggi tak tinggi . ni nasib baik hujan renjai2 je kalau tak habis la dah la sejuk.

this is my childhood fren Mr.Mokthar a.k.a kalau dia ni takde rasanya tak sampai la i kat low peak tu..thanks mokthar for accompany me.
ahaa ni la kalau dah terlebih minum livita macam nak mabuk pun ada. tapi rasanya pasal minum livita ni la perut i buat hal bila dah sampai laban rata.
everytime stop ja kita pun posing la apa lagi tak kisah la penat ke tak cukup oxgyen ke yang penting ada gaya :D..its fun tho!!
Nak dijadikan cerita i pun start my new year activities6th-7th Jan 2011) climb Mount Kinabalu. decission i make less than 2 weeks, all my family and friends terkejut badak when i told them i nak climb mount kinabalu- ahhla the highest mountain in South East Asia tu. i must be crazy kan without any proper exercise i decided nak panjat gunung kinabalu?? hhaha nak blame my fren la tu pasal dia yang last minute bawa me and my friend aishah.
so 10 of us going and the other 7 tu i pun baru kenal diorg masa tu juga la. photo ni baru dekat Timpohon gate. 1st checkpoint before start mendaki la.

well, ni la dia rupa perjalanan kitorg.nak sampaiwith have toilets and untreated mountain water source) pun mcm dah nak mampus tak cukup oxgyen hahaha ada seorg tu ckp "wahhh muka yg merah jambu macam udang kena panggang" mana tak nya bukit yg paling tinggi i panjat pun bukit padang near my
apartment ;D..
hmm kalau tak silap ada 7 pondok
before reach laban rata tu.
tengok la kita 2 macam nak pengsan pun ada sedangkan hiking tak jauh mana lagi ni.
Every shelter yang kita singgah tu memang la ada tupai2 jenis ni..
tupai dlm photo tengah makan scnickers coklat..sedap sgt dia makan.
i ambik gambar ulat bulu pasal dah lama tak nampak so snap je la utk kenangan hehe.
i look tired and sleepy.. i think when i do my hair style like ths make me face look even smaller.watever la.

ahhaaks..mee goreng indian @RM9. taste nice but alotsa veggie la.

i kinda like warisan square cos for me one place for one roof ( hav makan2 place & bookstore) basically for me after makan2 mesti heading to bookstore..i love reading and of coz i love bookstore too. u can leave me thr for hours no problem punya la. me and my cus erna and of coz with her kids spending hours in bookstore alone compared to other shops
hehehe i candid aishah and din remember when she took mine hahaha. reading Nigella Lawson recipes book. i tell u if i can cook like her fuyohh must be awesome.. Opps i haven't cook for the BF yet la. seafood for d' BF..hmm mayb will find day/time after CNY tho.
wish i have alotsa of books and bookshef like ths at home. tat day planning to buy new book but aishah remind me of sumtin ( :P)
